These rules apply to all contests ran by Florists Supply. Questions, clarification or comments about these rules can be directed to us via this form.

How to enter
To be eligible to win the prize as indicated, entrants must provide any info or links as specified in the “How to Enter”.

All mandatory fields of the form (these are indicated) must be completed in full and entries must be received by end of day Central Standard Time (Winnipeg time) of the posted deadline date.

There is a limit of one entry per person. No purchase necessary. You are not allowed to enter anyone other than yourself in Florists Supply contests.

Eligibility
Florists Supply’s contests are open to Canadian residents, 18 years of age or older with the exception of employees and current contributors of Florists Supply, as well as any of Florists Supply’s affiliated companies, advertising and promotion partners or employees of companies supplying prizes.

Prizes
Value of prizes is approximately that shown on the contests page. Prize cannot be refunded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. Prizes may not be exactly as shown or indicated. Florists Supply reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternate prize of equal or greater value.

Notification
Only the winning participants will be notified by email and/or phone.

Claiming of prizes
We are not responsible for unclaimed prizing after the pick-up deadline has passed. Pick-up deadlines are conveyed at the time of notification.  

Contest Cancellation and changes
Florists Supply reserves the right to revise, cancel or close this contest at any time.

Odds of winning
Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of entries received.

Banning
Florists Supply reserves the right to prohibit entry from any person who we believe to be abusing these rules.

Privacy
Any personal information collected from contest entries will only be used to contact winners.

Technical errors
Florists Supply cannot be held responsible for technical failures on the part of the web site, entry form, software or human error which could result in missing or invalid contest entries.

Florists Supply is also not responsible for email notifications that are rejected or do not reach a contest winner. Florists Supply reserves the right to cancel a contest at any time or to correct results in order to rectify software, technical or human errors.

Laws
The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws.
