Monday, October 18th is our annual Donation Day!
This past year and a half has been challenging for many, especially frontline healthcare personnel. Thank you for helping us show gratitude to these frontline workers for their tireless dedication during this pandemic. Together we raised over $16,000 that will help support the COVID-19 Crisis Response at a hospital anywhere a Florists Supply Branch is located.
Health Sciences Centre, Manitoba’s largest Hosptial, has established a COVID-19 Relief fund through its HSC Foundation to protect and support frontline healthcare workers and the patients in their care. Florists Supply’s Winnipeg branch has chosen to donate to this foundation to do its small part and thank frontline healthcare workers for their commitment to the people of Manitoba.

Saskatoon: Royal University Hospital Foundation
Royal University, One of Saskatchewan’s leading healthcare institutions, relies on its RUH Foundation to invest in technology, research and education to continually improve its patient care. Florists Supply’s Saskatoon branch will direct their donation to RUH’s COVID-19 response which will help RUH protect and support frontline healthcare workers so they can provide continued care for their patients.

University Hospital Foundation (UHF) supports the University of Alberta Hospital, Mazankowski Alberta Heart Institute and Kaye Edmonton Clinic. Florists Supply’s Edmonton branch will donate a portion of its sales to UHF’s COVID-19 Emergency Response Fund, which was established to help them purchase PPE, diagnostic equipment and build safe biorepository equipment for their frontline health care workers.

VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation is Vancouver Coastal Health’s primary philanthropic partner, raising funds for specialized adult health services and research for all British Columbians. The Foundation partners with donors to drive innovation and sustainable health care at VGH, UBC Hospital, GF Strong Rehab Centre, Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute and Vancouver Community Health Services. Florists Supply’s Vancouver Branch will donate a portion of its sales to VGH UBC Foundation’s COVID-19 Relief Fund which will help support these hospitals’ frontline healthcare personnel and their response to the pandemic.
